Having invested in Real Estate beginning at 17 with only $100 and thereafter building more than 15 Real Estate Investment companies and many years in the Stock Market with Merrill Lynch as a successful Stock Broker, Money Manager and eventually Investment Banker and eventually building a registered Investment Bank and Stock Brokerage company, and also developing and building an Oil & Gas company - his experiences are wide and vast in various areas of investment. Chase has been through all the up and down Cycles of Real Estate, Internet Bubbles, Wall Street Bull & Bear Markets and learning the hard way, going broke a few times early in life and gaining it back again - hoping to help others not have to go through these cycles without the tools to benefit from them instead of being hurt by it. Investing in his first Real Estate investment at 17, buying a run-down house in South Houston on an advertisement to "Paint for the Down Payment", fixing it up and renting it out within a week and then selling it for a $20,000 profit on a $1,000 investment 1 month later - he never looked back.

In addition to helping more than 20 companies take their companies public on the stock market at both Merrill Lynch and by his own Investment Banking operation - and eventually taking 2 of his own companies public on the stock market - his experience in money management, corporate management, investment, and entrepreneurship is so diverse that he has now dedicated part of his life to building projects online to help other entrepreneurs with his experience.
